How we proceed in Ecofoam Nature

Paso 1: we make a bio-based packaging mix.

You choose the design, the color and style of Ecofoam Nature. Our biodegradable packaging can be molded into any shape by injection molding. We mix the four ingredients until they form a thick paste that we inject into a mold.

Paso 2: we form bio-based packaging

We inject our mixed material into hard aluminum tools. Then we bake it at approximately 400 ° F (204 ° C). When the mold opens, the injected part is ejected from the mold. Then we carry out a quality control, we stack and ship your new bio-based packaging.

Weight reduction and protection

Ecofoam Nature packaging reduces weight by up to 40% Compared to normal product packaging. However, Just because the packaging is so light doesn't mean it won't protect your product.
